Company Information - About Us

Toogoodtowaste is a registered charity operating throughout the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough. With the aid of our volunteers we collect unwanted furniture and other houshold goods including electrical appliances, saving it from ending up in landfill.
Our trained volunteers then clean and repair the items where necessary before passing them on to individuals and families on low income.
We also offer ethical house clearances which is partly supported by RBC CBC.

Products & Services

We offer the following services and products:
1. Free collection of unwanted household items, with the exception of gas cookers
2. Ethical house clearanes at nominal rates.
3. Sale of reclaimed and graded products from our three showrooms, Ferndale, Ynyshir and Aberdare.
4. Some free items for people in receipt of means tested benefit.
5. Full delivery service with subsidised rates for people on means tested benefit.
6. Training for volunteers.

Geographical Area

We operate throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff and have showrooms in Ynyshir, Ferndale and Aberdare.
